JVM Terminated. Exit Code=1073807364 while launching Lotus Notes 8.0.1 Standard
Prior to installing Lotus Notes V8.0.1 you may have updated your Java Version to Java 6. In my case, the Semantic Client Firewall was incorrectly configured to allow the Java Update Installer to access the Internet. So after multiple messages that Java 6 was available I finally allowed the update to Java 6 to proceed. Many months later I upgraded to Notes 8.0.1 (Beta & GA) and started having this hang condition. After contacting Lotus Support I was told to install SUN'S Java version 1.5.0_14. I then removed Java 6 and rebooted and installed Java 1.5.0_14. THIS has resolved my Notes Hang conditon following a suspend.
When you install Java 1.5.0_14 you should be prompted to "Block Access" to the Internet.
Verify this with the Client Firewall configuration so that users do not upgrade to Java 6.
